CareerBuilder Job Seeker Spotlight Rules

MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF UNITED STATES, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. MUST BE REGISTERED ON CAREERBUILDER.COM. By entering CareerBuilder's Job Seeker Spotlight (the "Spotlight"), entrants agree to be bound by the following Rules.

Sponsor. The Spotlight is sponsored by CareerBuilder, LLC ("CareerBuilder") located at 200 N. LaSalle Street, 11th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601.

Eligibility. You must have an active profile on to participate in the Spotlight.

If chosen by CareerBuilder as the Job Seeker Spotlight, you hereby agree to the following:

Once job seekers are selected, they will be contacted via e-mail to confirm they are still actively searching for new job opportunities and are willing to be contacted by CareerBuilder clients if they are a fit for a specific opportunity.

How To Enter. There are two ways to enter the campaign: (1) through the CareerBuilder brand page; and (2) through the CareerBuilder Facebook page.

Selection of featured job seekers: Entries will be judged by members of the marketing communications department at CareerBuilder based on creative, in-depth and unique entries to the campaign.

General Release: By participating in the Spotlight, you release and discharge CareerBuilder from any liability whatsoever in connection with the Spotlight. CareerBuilder is not endorsing job seekers as appropriate applicants for jobs posted by CareerBuilder clients and will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Rules or in other materials relating to the Spotlight. Additionally, CareerBuilder does not endorse any job seekers featured in the Spotlight to potential employers; employers should still use their normal applicant suitability processes if considering a featured job seeker for a position within their company. Additionally, you hereby agree to indemnify CareerBuilder from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, rights, claims, demands and actions (including attorney's fees and expenses for litigation and settlement), which may be brought against CareerBuilder by anyone claiming to have suffered loss or damage as a result of participation in the Spotlight.
